What's taking my order so long to get here?Updated 18 days ago

Once your order is placed, standard processing times are 1 - 2 business days (Monday through Friday).

Please note: higher volume periods (such as sales, holidays, etc.) may impact processing timelines - please refer to your confirmation email or our site for more accurate estimates!

We ship each order using the service level that gets it to you as quickly as possible. Once your order has been packed and handed off to the carrier, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location and the items in your order.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement or provide an estimated delivery date.

You can check your order’s status at any time on our Order Status page, or through your account.

If your tracking appears to stop updating mid-transit, this can occasionally happen while your package is in transit between facilities. In most cases, updates will resume within a few days.
