My order is marked as delivered, but I don't have it 😭Updated 17 days ago

If your order is marked as delivered, we'd recommend waiting until the end of the day from the date your package was marked as delivered before escalating. Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered slightly before it arrives.

In the meantime, we suggest:

  • Checking with neighbors or others in your household
  • Looking around your delivery area (mailroom, front desk, porch, etc.)
  • Reaching out to the carrier directly for additional delivery details

If your package still hasn’t turned up after 24 hours from the date of delivery, please get in touch with our team so we can take a closer look.

Please note that any concerns regarding a missing package must be reported within 5 days of the delivery dateClaims submitted outside this window are not guaranteed to be eligible for review.

Orders that are confirmed as delivered, including those with a signature upon delivery, may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
