If your order is marked as delivered, we'd recommend waiting until end of day from the date your package was marked as delivered before escalating - occasionally, carriers will pre-scan a package as delivered prior to reaching you on their route in an effort to save time.
If you still don't have your package, please ensure a neighbor or another member of your household hasn't accepted the package on your behalf!
