We kindly require customers to pay for the shipping and handling costs to send their replacement tool. 

We firmly stand behind the quality of our products, which is why our warranty replacement tools are provided under warranty simply for the cost to ship the new tool to you. 

This enables us (and other companies) to be able to replace a malfunctioning or defective tool with a brand new product.
