Why do we charge for shipping & handling?Updated 3 months ago

We firmly stand behind the quality of our products, which is why our warranty replacement tools are provided  which is why we are happy to replace a styling tool under warranty at no cost. 

We kindly require customers to pay for the shipping and handling costs to send their replacement tool. 

This enables us (and other companies) to be able to replace a malfunctioning or defective tool with a brand new product.
