Returns are manually processed, and may take up to 5 business days from the day your order is received to be processed by our Consumer Experience team!
Once we process your return, you'll receive a confirmation via email - if you've requested a refund for your returned product/s, please allow several business days for the funds to reflect on your statement.
If your return tracking indicates we have received your return 5 business days ago or more, and you still haven't received a refund confirmation, please get in touch!
