What is accepted as proof-of-purchase for my claim?Updated a month ago

Proof-of-purchase simply needs to verify when + where a product was purchased. 

Customers requesting a warranty claim can submit a receipt with a visible date, a screenshot of an online order detail with a visible date, or a screenshot of a line from a bank statement that verifies the purchase date and location.
