My promotional item isn't in my order đŸ˜„Updated 8 months ago

In order for promotional products/GWPs to be included in your order when it ships, it needs to be in your cart prior to checkout.

GWPs will either be added to your cart via a promo code, or will be available to select + add to your cart prior to checkout once your cart meets the promotional threshold.

Please note: promotional thresholds are calculated before tax and after discounts. If you apply a discount code to your order, and the discount lowers your cart below the threshold for the GWP, the GWP will be removed from your order.
