If it seems that an item may be missing from your order, please first double-check the contents in your order (either through your packing slip, or from the confirmation email you received when you placed your order).


In the event that you're missing something you ordered, we'd love to get the product out to you ASAP! Please email us with photos of what you did receive, along with your order number (and packing slip, if it's still available)!

We can only assist with missing items if you placed your order directly through us, at loveamika.com - for purchases made through any other retailer, we recommend you reach out to them directly!
