I'm not ready for my next refill - can I hold or delay the order?Updated a year ago
If your order hasn't processed yet, you can delay it for a week or two or pick a future date for the next order fulfillment.
In your account page, click “my subscriptions" and then "manage subscriptions." Under your subscription details, you can adjust the ship date or simply skip shipment! Clicking on the next ship date will open a calendar, and you can select a new/ delayed ship date. You can also select a new delivery frequency from this page!
Sometimes you simply want to skip your next shipment- no problem! Also under your subscription details, you'll see "skip shipment." After clicking "skip shipment", review the next shipment date, and click "skip."
