Can I change or update my subscription?Updated 2 years ago

If you change your hair as often as we do, we know that you need flexibility in the products you regularly use, so we've made it easy to change or update your subscription! 

You can change the frequency of your shipments, add or edit products, skip your next delivery, change your delivery address, change payment methods, and more. You can manage these by logging into your account.

Pro tip: You can also add a one-time product* to your next shipment from your subscription portal page! *Only select items can be added - you can see the options in your subscription management portal.
