Should you need to cancel your order, we will do our best to accommodate if you get in touch within 12 hours of placing the order.
Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line.
If we can successfully cancel your order, we will refund the credit card used for the initial purchase. Please be patient - seeing a credit on your statement can take several business days.
Please note: orders in process with our fulfillment center will not be able to be canceled - orders in process may not show as fulfilled/shipped on the Order Status page.
