Can I add another item to my order before it ships?Updated a day ago

We unfortunately can't modify orders once they've been placed. This includes adding products to the order, removing products from an order, or swapping out products.

We're happy to assist in cancelling the order if needed, and from there you may place a new order with the correct items.

If you need support for your most recent order, please get in touch!

Please note: orders in process with our fulfillment center will not be able to be canceled - orders in process may not show as fulfilled/shipped on the Order Status page.
