Tools are protected under a manufacturer’s warranty* for a limited duration from the date of purchase. 

Here is a list of our tools and their warranty periods: 

one year**:

Warranties are only valid when a styling tool is purchased from an authorized retailer - tools purchased outside of authorized retailers cannot be guaranteed to have been sourced from reputable sources, limiting our capacity to certify their original integrity.

*a manufacturers' warranty only covers defects within a tool's performance. the warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, theft, or loss. tampering with a tool or attempting to repair the tool voids the warranty.  

**The warranty timeframe is from the original purchase date, and does not restart with a warranty replacement tool. Replacement styling tools are covered under the remaining manufacturers' warranty, if applicable.
