Is my tool Dual Voltage?Updated a month ago

Having dual voltage means that a tool can be used in a larger range of voltage settings - from the United States/ Canada to Europe, for example. 

You'll know a tool is dual voltage by reviewing information in the manual and on the actual body of the tool. 

• North American voltage range is 110 - 120v 
• European voltage range is 220 - 240v 

 If your tool shows a range of 120 - 240v, that means that it has dual voltage capability, and can be used while traveling!

Please note: utilizing a styling tool outside of its intended voltage (e.g., utilizing a single-voltage tool in a country where voltage differs) is considered misuse of your styling tool under our manufacturers' warranty - utilizing voltage converters can put strain on your styling tool and cause premature degradation.
