The natural ingredients in our formulas will sometimes cause variances in color and strength of fragrance, so if you notice slight differences, chances are, it’s totally normal!

For example, with our masks, the color can range from a milky white to yellow, and the consistency can range from creamy and smooth to a little stiffer and more paste-like.

As long as you're purchasing from an authorized retailer like loveamika.com, it's got our stamp of approval, and the product should yield excellent results!

Curious about what you're smelling? All of our products bear the amika 'signature scent' - an uplifting blend of bright pink grapefruit, juicy apricot + warm vanilla. This fragrance may be more prominent or subtle depending on the type of formula you have, but it should always be there! 

If you have any concerns about a product, kindly send a photo of the formula, the batch numbers found stamped on the container (example below), and a copy of the receipt, and we'll be happy to take a look!
